This is another of my sunrise images captured with some wonderful fog rolling though the Gorge. I used a -3 stop graduated neutral density filter when taking this image. Click the image for a larger view.

An iconic bridge located in downtown Columbus, Indiana. Our photography club was out and about this morning with our cameras just as the sun was rising. This image was shot looking south from the old Senior Center. Click the image for a larger view on my website.

The image was captured Saturday morning right at sunrise. Several of my photography club members and I traveled down to the Falls of the Ohio Sate Park located in Clarksville, Indiana. We were blessed with a beautiful sunrise and a wonderful day.
This image was captured using my Tokina 11-16 ATX Pro lens mounted on my Nikon D200. Using this lens is really fun, giving some really cool perspective to landscape images. Of course a tripod was also used.

This past week members of my photo club took a trip down to Maggie Valley, North Carolina. This was my first excursion involving nothing but photography. What a great time we had. The weather and the color in the mountains was absolutely beautiful. This was truly a memorable trip. To see more of my images from the trip, click here. I will be adding new images daily. We put in some very long days, but in the end the work was well worth the effort, both in terms of images captured and the learning we were able to share with one another.
